Employment Status

All consultants at present are self-employed associates.

Note that to satisfy the Inland Revenue of your self-employed status, associates must be able to show that they are getting a significant amount of work from other sources. Associates can carry on working under their own label or with other consultancies, provided that a clear separation is maintained. HWS projects must be carried out and managed in accordance with HWS procedures.

The company is currently working towards obtaining registration to 1SO9001:2000 for our documented management system. Associates are required to sign the HWS Associates Agreement.

We have assembled an impressive group of experienced consultants. Together they make up a powerful resource of proven consultancy skills. If you identify a potential project which is outside what you can do (too big, wrong subject, etc), please pass it on to the HWS office for us to attempt to sell it as an HWS project, in which you will be involved as far as possible. The sales effort may well involve you as well as us.

If any work arises from introductions then we will pay finders fees.
