Our company ethos is based upon trust, teamwork, customer focus and commitment. All company personnel should focus on these qualities, be willing to learn and develop in a people orientated environment and work together in a flexible friendly manner ensuring that customer satisfaction is our prime focus. We should approach our work in a positive manner and enjoy carrying out the work to the best of our ability, satisfying customers and celebrating success, whilst continually looking for opportunities to improve further. We believe that motivated consultants make a better company.

We emphasise a positive and self-critical approach, supportive teamwork, flexibility and customer orientation as well as multi-skilling. We see it as a matter of honour to do the best job we can, and to do what we say we will do. Doing enough to "get away with it" is not part of our style. We should ask ourselves frequently whether, as customers, we would be pleased to receive what we are about to offer, and if we were the customer, would we pay that amount for what we have just delivered?

We try to ensure that our staff feel that their opinions and efforts are valued, that their work is linked to the business mission and that they are able to do their best each day with a commitment to quality. They should have a positive outlook but be balanced and realistic. It is our vision that we can build a substantial consultancy that is respected in the industry amongst customers and consultants and that provides an excellent service.
